Shipping Charges and Tax

Prices shown do not include sales tax or shipping and handling charges, if applicable. Dollar Kings, Inc. will collect, and Customer is responsible to pay for, sales and all other taxes associated with the order.

Delivery Terms

We ship promptly based on product availability. Please call (323) 588-5939 for availability. You must provide a delivery address, as we cannot ship to a P.O. Box addresses.

Please inspect all items for damages when you receive from the carrier. Dollar Kings, Inc. is NOT RESPONSIBLE for these occurrences and you must report to the carrier at time of delivery for any damages.

Shipping cost is only estimated for continental USA when you ordered only. Actual shipping costs will varies and will be notified by e-mail.

Alaska, Hawaii and some rural locations may require additional delivery time and additional charges.

We are sorry that we cannot support international shipments. Please call for specific details.

Dollar Kings, Inc. is not responsible for shipping or other delays caused by events beyond our control.

Return Policy

Please do not return without authorization from Dollar Kings, Inc.. Any return without authorization will be refused and at your expense.

Return merchandise is permitted within 30 days with un-open box or un-used and buyer’s receipt of merchandise. There is absolutely no return or exchange on electrical parts. NO EXCEPTION. Customer must obtain the Return Authorization No. before shipping back and there will be a 15% restocking fee on all items returns, NO EXCEPTION. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Your account will be credit less any applicable charges. Please allow 7 to 10 days for refunds.

All returns products must be send via UPS, Fed-Ex and must be insured or by any other carriers that offers a tracking number and insured should included. Dollar Kings, Inc. is not responsible for any lost or damages in shipment.

No returns or exchange on Special Orders all sales are final on these items, unless there is wrong shipment.
